IGM Seminar: Rahul Satija, DPhil
October 25th, 2017 (Mountcastle @ 2:00 pm) Rahul Satija, D. Phil Assistant Professor of Biology Center for Genomics and Systems Biology New York Genome Center http://satijalab.org/ The Satija’s lab aims to understand how cellular heterogeneity encodes the molecular structure, function, and regulation of complex biological systems. Primarily using single cell genomics, they analyze systems by profiling their most fundamental units individually - a ‘bottom-up’ approach that allows us to study how diverse groups of cells work together to drive biological processes and behaviors.
